Free 5-Day Challenge - January 12-16, 2026

The Client Gift Challenge

Build a competitor intel report using AI and give it to your best client. Not as a sales pitch. As a gift. Opens doors. Often leads to paid work.

100% Free - 5 Days - 1 New Skill - Another Happy Client

What You'll Build

A competitor intel report for one of your best clients

What their competitors are saying. How they're positioning. Pricing signals. Trust factors. The gaps no one is filling.

A report like this could easily sell for $500 or more—depending on what you include and the value it generates for your client.

You're going to build one in a few hours total, and use it to strengthen a relationship.

Competitor Intelligence Report - what you'll build

The 5 Days

30 minutes a day. By Friday, you'll have a skill your clients will pay for.

1

Start With The End In Mind

Watch me build the complete report so you know exactly what you're creating. Then pick one client you want to impress and find 5 of their competitors.

Day 1

Research

AI visits each website and extracts the key information you need. You'll run 6 prompts total - one for your client and one for each competitor.

Myriam Navas del Peral

“A question arose in a client meeting. I asked AI what the experts think. The result honestly knocked me out.”

— Myriam Navas del Peral, Marketing Data Scientist

Patrick Gilbert

“Speaking as a guy who doesn't have coding experience, runs an agency — yes, all of this is true. Unbelievable stuff.”

— Patrick Gilbert

David Browne

“I said to Claude, 'I'm off to bed. I want to wake up with V1.0 of the app.' This is what it built: a complete working app ready by morning.”

— David Browne, The Scottish Shutter Company

A Note on This Challenge

This week is a demonstration. We're going to cut some corners in the interest of showing you what's possible.

In a real client engagement, you'd spend more time—checking facts, rewriting sections in your voice, verifying claims before you make them.

But I don't want you to do 5 hours of work before you're convinced this is worth doing.

AI solves the blank page problem. It gives you a starting point—a first draft that's 70-80% there. Your job is to review it, improve it, and make sure nothing's wrong before it goes to a client.

What's Next?

Love what you build during the free challenge? In February, I'm running a 4-week program with 4 live calls where we'll build 5 complete AI-powered services you can sell to clients—each with prompts, pricing guides, and sales materials.

This is me on day 4 of my first business, kayaking through my internet cafe after it flooded. With no insurance.

About Mike

I built WebSavvy from 2007 to 2023—a Google Ads agency that ranked in Google's top 18 globally. Sold it to focus on what's next: helping Google Ads professionals build AI-powered businesses through AdsToAI.

My PMax scripts are used by 14,600+ agencies and brands. I genuinely love teaching—whether it's a conference keynote, a hands-on workshop, or walking someone through their first AI build. Practical implementation, no hype.
